Hello hello!

Today, we speak to author, presenter, and podcaster Bridget Hustwaite. Before turning 30, Bridget’s life looked wildly different from how she thought it would entering her 30s. In her late 20s, her five-year long-term relationship ended, she said goodbye to her dream job and was diagnosed with ADHD. 

In her new book Figuring Out 30, Bridget is incredibly candid about how she felt entering her 30s, reminding us all that you don’t need to have it all figured out.
