It’s was a sunny St George’s Day down on the coast as Worthing FC’s own St George (Dowell, the owner) saw his beloved club lift the trophy via a final win of the season vs Brightlingsea Regent at Woodside Road.

Pete and Russ were there for their final feature episode on WFC’s campaign, the end of a lovely series that was very handsomely enjoyed in 2021-22.

There’s also a quick reflection on the Easter Monday visit to Horsham’s brand new stadium and on Albion’s latest fruitless trip to The Emptyhad.

Another day in North London, another glorious win. Hey ho! I suppose we’ll just have to accept that 🎶 “North London is ours, North London is ours, we’re Brighton & Hove Albion, North London is ours!” 🎶

Yes Albion’s woes are behind them as they made it back-to-back wins in the capital and advanced to 40 points for the season, just one shy of our PL era points record.

Russ and his crew were there to take in the delights of the day and to drink a taproom dry in celebration: standard! 😉

As the dust settles on yet another failed attempt by Albion to win a match in the Premier League, Pete and Russ welcomed Kieran Maguire back onto the podcast once again to discuss the latest Brighton & Hove Albion FC accounts that have been published in the last few days. We delve into the connotations of having lost just over £1 million a week throughout the last financial year, the record high wages bill being paid and ask Kieran’s opinion on Albion’s overall strategy and his thoughts on the current team so far this season.
