Today, we speak to Brittany Stewart. Brittany is a journalist, copywriter, and podcaster in the beauty and culture space, and today, she tells her story. Brittany thought she’d met the one. After spending 12 years with her high school sweetheart, she eventually tied the knot with the love of her life—until everything unexpectedly came to a head.

In this conversation, Brittany opens up about divorce before 30. She speaks about the loneliness and shame that come hand in hand with a marriage breakdown and the way she healed and rebuilt meaningful relationships in her life. She also opens up about her experience with anticipatory grief and the silver lining that came with her Dad’s cancer diagnosis.
