Venerable Nibbuto joins the Armadale Meditation Group on-line live. Armadale Meditation Group (AMG) is designed to teach you about meditation. The classes generally begin with chanting the Metta Sutta, then receiving meditation instructions and meditating together, followed by asking questions and finally if time remains listening to a Dhamma talk. However, the layout can vary. Due to social distancing regulations, these weekly Tuesday night teachings are happening via Zoom from Bodhinyana Monastery.

Monday Night Meditation at Wat Dhammayanaram, Cambodian Society of WA (CBSWA) with Steven Towler on the 14 February 2022. In this 2nd series of the Dhammaloka Book Club on 12 Feb 2022, Venerable Mettavihari discusses the "The Art of Disappearing" book by Ajahn Brahm. Venerable explores the main themes in the book about mindfulness and the meditation practice, and highlights some of the practical advice and strategies that we can use when our meditation is not going so well. Our attitude to how we meditate is important and we should put caring attention to it.
