Episode Summary
You ever feel like your brain is screaming “what if it all goes wrong?!” every time you think about trying something new? Same. In this episode, I’m getting honest about my own fears of being seen, how trauma shaped that, and what I do when I feel stuck between wanting more and fearing what might happen if I actually go for it.
Spoiler: Your brain is a meaning-making machine. And we can work with it instead of letting it run the show.
This one is for you if you're teetering on the edge of a big (or small) decision, craving change, but feeling paralyzed by the what ifs.
✨ Why your brain hates uncertainty — and how it tries to “protect” you
✨ How worst-case scenario planning can be your superpower
✨ The magic of imagining a best-case (or even neutral) outcome
✨ What it means to follow that tiny whisper in your heart
✨ Real talk: why I’m leaning into scary things like launching this podcast and maybe even going to Europe 👀
What’s something you’ve been low-key avoiding because it feels too big or too uncertain?
Now ask yourself: What’s the WORST case? The BEST case? The NEUTRAL case?
What’s one tiny, no-pressure action you could try today — just to see?
Highlights of this episode :
🧠 My ADHD brain, logistics, and why I’m weirdly great in a crisis
💡 A glimpse into how I coach clients through fear, clarity, and aligned decision-making
🧳 What’s been on my heart lately

All for Ramon breaks barriers of the fashion industry - first starting with the fact that this small business is soaked in the idea of diversity. The small fashion business was created by Diana Ibarra and her sister - being the first generation of Mexican-Americans in Los Angeles, California.
The family has been working with textiles and the process of dying clothing now for over 30 years. This gives us the idea that the process comes way back from the lands of the Aztec experts.
Diana talks to us about the inspiration of All for Ramon, after her brother Ramon was diagnosed with cancer.
