Erin and Fanaye are business partners and owners of a successful Physiotherapy and  Massage Therapy studio in Toronto. They have been having a difficult time hiring Massage Therapists since they changed their business model from a subcontractor model to an employee model. We had a discussion about different business models, managing expectations, what RMTs are looking for from a clinic, and why we think clinic owners are having trouble building their dream team.
