Hulsford Property Group is born and I am delighted to bring my business partner Gary Sandford onto the show to discuss how it has come about and for you to get to know him and his experience.

Gary Sandford has been in and around the construction industry for over 30 years, starting out as a bricklayer, then working his way through to Assistant Manager, Site Manager, Project Manager and then on to Contracts Manager and everything in between.

After having enough of the life of building homes and completing projects for other people, he started up on his own, eventually helping other investors to reach their goals and completing over 90 HMO's.

5 years ago Gary started investing in himself, which has proven very successful. Last year he attended Strategy Implementation Live, where he met Simon Zutshi and subsequently joined the 29th Property Mastermind Programme which has ultimately helped him move forward faster than he ever thought possible - not only in the number of deals done, and investments but in problem solving, out of the box thinking and relationship building.

Dumbass decisions and defects!

When viewing properties I see so many DUMBASS decisions being made by Landlords and I think this is because they are old school and stuck in their ways. Tenants must take responsibility too but there is defo a two way street here.

I also see alot of defects because of these decisions. In this episode I go through how to view a property with building knowledge and also offer some top tips on how to get a better price on your offers.
