This week we’ve got Elliot Smith. Elliot is a real estate investor that has experience with buy and holding, house flips, wholesales, multi-family & more. He’s the co-host of a real estate podcast called The Real Dealz Podcast that has over 400 episodes as of today. 

Elliot tells us how he finds real estate deals and structures it differently which led to States Avenue Ventures (SAV). He shares that to get deals done, it’s all about mindset - they ask themselves “what would I want to make as a lender?” He shares a type of real estate meeting where you can find some properties and even lenders.

He shares his story of how he quit his job and made $100,000 by spinning properties in the next 2 months.
