Sophie opens up about why she’s stepped back from posting images of her little ones, from privacy worries to the weirdness of strangers recognising them. Jayde shares the flip side: why she still feels comfortable posting her kids and how she navigates it in a way that feels safe and right for her family. No judgement, no rules - just two friends unpacking a very modern parenting dilemma.

And because it wouldn’t be a without a little chaos… we also get into the intrusive repeative thoughts. From everyday “what ifs” to Jayde’s completely unhinged scenario involving a butterfly and inhaling an entire cake... yep, you read that right!
