Coach Chaffin has been a teacher at Cookville High School for over thirty years and is involved with Team USA baseball. He spends his summers traveling around various states and even countries helping develop players. Coaching high school baseball is unique in that not every player wants to play at the next level, Coach Chaffin talks about how he still is able to get his players to buy in and work hard. He also talks about why it’s so important to give every player some sort of role on the team and why he plays so many players during the season.
