Moderation applies to much more than an overindulgence of the things we love to consume. Moderation is a key aspect of being human. It shows up, for example, in activity vs. recovery, saving vs. spending, giving vs. taking, etc. We all have a unique ongoing balance that supports the most and least aligned versions of ourselves. Where in your life are you showing up with too much or not enough of something? In this episode, we explore the importance of finding this balance within.
