Byron has run 4:12.95 (Mile), 8:51.00 (3200m), and 14:04 in the 5k to win the Nike Outdoor Nationals 5k title.

Byron is one of a kind. I have never spoken to a more eloquent teenager than this kid. Just listen to the podcast, and you'll know what I mean. Not only is he athletically excellent, but also academically. Byron goes to Phillips Exeter Academy, a boarding school in Massachusetts (and one of the most prestigious in the country). Byron is committed to run for Stanford University next fall.

In today's episode, Byron goes through the life of a boarding school student, his early years as an extremely successful soccer player, transitioning into running, what makes running different, how he balances many things well, and so much more!
