The BYU Cougars are a 6-seed in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament despite being ranked as a 5-seed and Jake Hatch explained that the brackets worked out with the BYU men's basketball program needing to drop a seed line to accomodate Brigham Young University's long-standing no Sunday play rule and as such BYU will face the Duquesne Dukes Thursday.

Jake then talked about what Mark Pope, Jaxson Robinson, Dallin Hall and the rest of the BYU basketball program are chasing when they tip-off March Madness on Thursday and try to avoid the fate of the vast majority of the 30 other BYU hoops teams that punched their ticket into the Big Dance and establish a legacy for this squad as one of the all-timers in Provo.

Finally, the show wrapped up with some analysis and thoughts on the commitment of Newbury Park (CA) athlete Blake Bryce to the BYU football program, as he carries on a family legacy with his commitment to Kalani Sitake's program and continues a strong run of landing talented tight end prospects for Kevin Gilbride along with some spring camp news and notes from Jake.
