The BYU Cougars are entering the summer on the heels of a "productive spring" according to team captain Connor Pay and Pay says that the BYU football program largely accomplished what they wanted to during their month-long camp as new offensive line coach TJ Woods implemented a new run game scheme and has Pay feeling confident in their direction and philosophy.

Connor and Jake Hatch then talked about the ongoing quarterback battle at Brigham Young University (BYU) between Jake Retzlaff and Gerry Bohanon along with getting Connor's insight on what the result of the offseason workouts were in spring and what the plan(s) are heading into the summer period as BYU gears up for their second Big 12 Conference campaign.

Finally, the show wrapped up with Connor's thoughts on the improvement of BYU's tight end position group, what he makes of the NCAA Transfer Portal and overtures made to him by programs when he was considering his NFL future and what he plans to do this summer, both with football and in normal life as he prepares for his final run with BYU.
