1.Organize組織 your week in your agenda議程.

2.This is one of the things that have helped幫助 me the most, I started開始 using sticky notes便利貼 as my second brain大腦 to organize組織 everything I want and for time management管理.

7.If you have to do something but you’re wasting your time, count數 until 10 and then start doing it; for example, imagine想像 that you have to prepare準備 your meal but you’re watching TV on your couch沙發, count until 10, then stop watching TV and start doing the next task.

9.During so many times in my life I’ve had a really bad sleeping schedule: going to sleep at 2 a.m.

10.This ended up starting開始 the day later and losing失去 a huge巨大 amount量 of time that I could have used or waking up tired 累because I didn’t sleep the right hours and ended up having to sleep a nap午休 in the afternoon.
