If you often question both your identity and creativity, overconsumption of social media can very well be the cause of it. So many things are thrown in our faces that make us question our own beautiful lives!! The insane beauty standards, the negative narrative of aging, the illusion of perfection, what goes viral vs what doesnât⌠itâs too much information for our brains to handle. And to be honest, itâs BIZARRE and concerning how far away weâve strayed from the things that actually matter.
Apologies in advance for our uncontrollable outbursts and rants throughout this episode LOL. Anyway⌠Think about how drastically your life would change if you stopped being so mean to yourself!! Our number one glow up tip is to just be kind to yourself. Constant self criticism does so much damage to your confidence. We hope this episode gives you some courage and inspiration to change the narrative in your brain. You deserve kind words. You deserve unconditional self love. And you are totally capable of doing so!!

đOutgrowing people, mindsets, environments, parts of ourselves⌠letâs talk about it!! For growth to happen, some outgrowing and shedding needs to be done. This can be really hard since we become so attached to our behavioral patterns, relationships, friendships, etc etc! But, to improve our quality of life, we must outgrow what we no longer align with. Itâs natural and so valid!!
Letâs chat about relationships!!! The foundation of a successful, happy relationship is genuine friendship and mutual respect. Being able to laugh and be playful together. Being able to open up without feeling like youâre going to receive a negative response. Having a safe space to fall into when youâre not feeling your best. Being able to each connect to your individuality and support each other!!! The list goes on!!! But the root is friendship and everything else branches off from that.
Find the beauty and joy in simplicity!! You donât have to have an extraordinary life to be happy or successful. Fill your life with things that comfort your soul.
This episode is a silly and light hearted reminder to not take yourself or this life too seriously!

- The essence of mastering your mind is giving yourself a lot of grace. Allowing your thoughts to be & not attaching yourself to them. Being able to sit with yourself, unstimulated and observe your thoughts instead of becoming them. In this episode, we dive into our mindset shifting journey! Being more positive and seeing situations for what they are has changed our lives for the better.
â¨We love taking cliches and digging deep into them. Today we're digging into the "BE YOURSELF" cliche. Being who you are on a soul level, loving, embracing, accepting, and knowing yourself to the core. Open your mind to who you are and what you actually enjoy! What do you value in yourself? What's your definition of success? Do you practice gratitude for your current life?
