Cameroon has overtaken Burkina Faso as the world's most neglected humanitarian crisis, according to the Norwegian Refugee Council. The annual list ranks displacement crises by lack of media coverage, funding and political action. Ethiopia comes in second, its highest-ever position, while Mozambique appears for the first time in third. Burkina Faso, number one for the past two years, now ranks fourth.
