He's now taking his renovation experience, which had his company finish 300 basements in one year, and using it to tackle the lack of housing units available around the Golden Horseshoe.

Using his focus on systems while trying to standardize new building standards for accessible housing, he's aiming to bring new units to market in only a matter of weeks.

This could be the out-of-the-box thinking the market needs to really start making a dent in the housing supply issues we're facing.
