The Locked On Sun Devils podcast is officially kicking off our stat prediction series! We take a look first at quarterback Sam Leavitt, with the question being posed as to whether or not he's ready to turn around Arizona State Sun Devils football in 2024. For Leavitt to do this, we will be taking a look at his ability to manage the offense efficiently and effectively. However, it won't be easy without last year's standout pass catchers Elijhah Badger and Jalin Conyers. Still, Leavitt has talented players to throw to like Jordyn Tyson and Troy Omeire, and a run game led by Cameron Skattebo that can make life a lot easier on the redshirt freshman quarterback. The production Leavitt has through the air may be more reflective of the way the offense moves under Kenny Dillingham and Marcus Arroyo, but an exceptional season could prove that Leavitt is ready to turn around the Arizona State Sun Devils football program.
