In this special episode we reflect on the Secrets of Successful Syndication Event we attended in Dallas, which was hosted by the amazing Real Estate Radio Guys. We are on the road at Josh’s Renault Winery, and joining us in the discussion is Tom Migliaccio of Haddon Property Group and Blue Collar Yields podcast, Bob Wells of Keystone Properties Group, and Renault investor Scott Bindas. We discuss topics that stood out most to us, including understand the legal requirements for syndication, getting a good SEC attorney, and what to look for in a syndicator. We also cover understanding the tax code and government incentives for buying real estate, and why low fees may be a bad thing. We also reinforce the idea of building relationships, teaching others, and being true and honest to investors. Plus learn how the Capital Hacking team made a huge impact on the event!
