University of Limpopo academics, Dr Tebogo Kekana and Dr Edward Montle argue that the South African judiciary has not transformed adequately in the use of indigenous languages. In their research paper the academics say the courts have an over-reliance in the use of English even in circumstance that would allow indigenous languages. Speaking to Nghamula Chauke, co-author of the paper Dr Tebogo Kekana said the overuse of the English language is an injustice on indigenous languages.

Nghamula Chauke speaks to DA Limpopo suspended Youth Leader Tiego Thotse and DA Limpopo provincial leader Lindy Wilson following a call by the youth leader for the provincial chairperson, Jacque Smalle, to withdraw from the new leadership collective. A group led by Thotse has called for Smalle to quit because he has failed previously as a provincial leader and the party experienced electoral loss under his leadership.

Journalist and Cultural critic Sandile Memela lambasted the youth of 1976 while speaking to Nghamula Chauke for failing to instill in their children the love and pride of being an African by not embracing African Languages. He however says he is not merely attacking the 1976 youth because it was not entirely their fault that African Languages have been under-developed since. Memela calls for today's youth to reflect on the type of future they want for their children.

The ANC in Limpopo has refuted the allegations levelled against some of its senior leaders in government by the ANC Youth League. The league claimed that little to nothing has been done to address challenges faced by young people in the province particularly to create employment and business opportunities. During a heated interview with Nghamula Chauke, both the league chairperson Tonny Rachoene and PEC spokesperson Jimmy Machaka accused each other of hanging their dirty linen in public for all to see.

The DA says the death of Marlene Van Staden who was the Mayor of Modimolle/Mookgophong Municipality is a hard pill to swallow. DA leader John Steenhuissen says although they were aware of her health challenges, death was the last thing the party members and supporters expected. Steenhuissen said Van Staden inspired the blueprint for the DA’s whole-of-society approach to governance which has the potential to change the face of South African government in its entirety.

Professor Sipho Mokoena from the University of Limpopo's Graduate School of Leadership says the institution is committed to live by its motto which focuses on finding solutions for Africa, hence they saw it fit to have regular conversations with thought leaders who are committed to uplifting communities and finding better solutions that will help in building better societies. He made this comment during an engagement with Nghamula Chauke about the event that the institution is hosting themed " TGSL Leadership Conversation Series with Prof Hlengani Mathebula" which is set to take place on Thursday, 8 June 2023. Speakers include Statistician General Risenga Maluleke, together with former Chairman of the South African Statistics Council, Ben Mphahlele.

The Bloemfontein High Court has dismissed Dr Nandipha Magudumana's urgent application to declare what she calls her deportation from Tanzania unlawful. Nghamula Chauke spoke to Legal Expert Mpumelelo Zikalala who delved deeper into what Judge Phillip Loubser's judgement means for Dr Magudumana.

The Auditor General Tsakane Maluleke has revealed that the number of municipalities which obtained clean audits dropped in the financial year 2021/2022. 38 out of 257 municipalities received clean audits, down from 41 in the previous year. In Limpopo it is only Capricorn and Waterberg district municipalities that have received clean audit outcomes. Nghamula Chauke spoke to the Head of Provincial Audit from the AG's office Mabatho Sedikela who highlighted the challenges faced by municipalities across the country.

African Transformation Movement President Vuyo Zungula has accused President Cyril Ramaphosa of using ANC members in parliament to block his impeachment on the Section 89 panel report which was released concerning the money stolen at his Phala Phala farm in Limpopo. African Transformation Movement National Spokesperson Zama Ntshona says the panel report mentioned a serious number of possible violations of the Constitution on the sitting president.

Agri SA CEO, Christo van der Rheede is calling for the agricultural sector to be exempt from rolling blackouts above stage six saying farmers are feeling the pinch in their pockets as they have to use generators daily. Van der Rheede says they have been part of a task team to advise the minister of Agriculture and land reform Thoko Didiza on interventions and one of those is looking to increase the Diesel rebate.
