It's October and our dear friend Capt. Marty has a few ghosts stories on the horizon, like this one from his friend Roy. Roy tells a story from his tugboat days having to dock in a port that had a long jetty that ran out into the ocean. Roy's friend Fred would stand out on the point of that jetty with a lantern on dark, foggy nights to help guide them in to the harbor. Well.... I'll let Capt. Marty tell you the rest!
