Let's be honest, most of us want to look better in a bathing suit (whether we admit it or not).
Looking better at the beach or poolside is not the most important thing in life. But if your habits result in you looking better, chances are it's also making you healthier and improving your quality of life!

Sadly, many people focus on the wrong things (cardio and drastic calorie restriction) in order to start shedding body fat and improving their physique.
In this episode, I'll explain why these are not the best areas to put your effort into, and what to focus on instead.
To sustainably improve your physique, while simultaneously being stronger, healthier, and feeling better, you should focus on:
-Resistance training
-Sleep
-Building better nutrition habits (by adding things, not subtracting them)
-Daily movement/walking
