Joshua Riibe, person of interest in the Sudiksha Konanki case, had his passport taken. His attorney has filed a writ of habeas corpus asking either they charge him or allow him to leave. Updating what we know today. 

Bryan Kohberger's attorneys filed a motion asking death be taken off the table for 2 reasons - late discovery, and she cites the Lori Vallow case. The 2nd reason is Bryan being diagnosed with autism.
