We discuss how trauma can change how one practices Centering Prayer and the discernment that comes with remaining silent or speaking out against social justice. Father Bucko also shares his experience working with homeless youth in New York City and leading The Center for Spiritual Imagination at the Episcopal Cathedral of the Incarnation.⁣
