Women in leadership often create better, more profitable workplaces.
Yet, as late as 2018, women held just one out of every 20 CEO spots. And in middle management, women sat in only 40% of managers' chairs despite accouting for 50% of the workforce. Yet there are clear reasons why companies should eagerly look to promote women and ensure they're engaged.
