If you’ve followed along the T2XL journey on Instagram, you may be familiar with my CHALK TALKS that I like to share. These are small doses of education on all things S&C, strength training, coaching, sport, mindset, lifestyle and more. I’ve always tried to make these CHALK TALKS short and digestible (because, let’s be real, instagram doesn’t favour long form education), so I wanted to seek out a new outlet to share this education in hopes of impacting just one individual.
