This episode’s guest is Grey Area Drinking Coach, Motivational Speaker, Workshop Facilitator and host of a community of over 20,000 women, Sarah Rusbatch
After years of dysfunctional drinking, falling hard for ‘Mummy Wine Culture’ and using alcohol as a crutch to manage stress, overwhelm and anxiety, Sarah finally made the decision to remove alcohol from her life in April 2019.
