This is an emotional one, friends. We went through our whole journey as a podcasting duo. From the pandemic to babies, we have lived a lot over the last 2.5 years.
We love you all so much & we will be sure to let you know when we hit record again. Until then, keep listening & chasing the alignment you deserve!
As our second to last episode for 2022 we wanted to share some positivity around choosing love over fear. Sometimes choosing fear is the easy way out BUT when you trust in love, amazing things can happen.

After 2.5 years, hundreds of tears, thousands of laughs, and the most genuine connection between two women, we have decided to take some time away from Chasing Alignment for us to focus on other big things that are happening in our lives.
Please know that our friendship is still as strong as ever, this is just us honoring the seasons of life we are in.
We will still be jumping on from time to time as we move into 2023 to share in some messy conversations but we currently don't have the capacity to be in your ears with two new episodes every week.
We are SO grateful for each and every one of you and this has been such a monumental journey in both of our careers! Be on the lookout for sporadic episode releases in 2023.
We love you all so much!

Has anyone ever said in conversation to you, "You're so lucky," only for you to feel awkward or unsure about how you want to respond?
In CA fashion, we checked out the definition of Lucky & found it fascinating that it means, 'success or failure apparently brought by chance rather than through one's own actions.'
The big picture we want you to take away from this episode is we don't always know what is happening in other peoples' lives or how they have made it to this exact moment.

We are so excited to share with you all an interview that was very close to our hearts! We both fell in love with Organifi over the last couple of years and we were lucky enough to have a great conversation with Mae Steigler, the CEO of Organifi, this past month.
Responsible for the brand’s overall alignment, Mae is driven by her passion and responsibility for the development of Organifi’s people and processes, having played a key role in building the company since its inception in 2014 to an average growth of 60% CAGR year over year, since inception.
With Mae’s leadership, Organifi has been named one of INC. 5000’s fastest-growing companies, four times, and awarded Forbes Great Places to Work, for the last three years.
Mae shares so much knowledge in love in this episode in regard to Organifi's mission & the importance of superfoods and adaptogens.
