Some people can look at it as a weakness but we believe that it is actually the opposite. It is the state of being completely exposed which is hard AF and it takes a lot of self-confidence to be able to be vulnerable. This episode talks about the importance of being vulnerable & walks through how to trust enough to sit in it.

As we venture into this next year around the sun, we want to challenge you to look at your goals differently--this year we are focusing on words we want to embody. It can be anything, "peace, discovery, alignment, happiness, adventure, ect." Then we want you to live those words, actively make them a part of your day!

Another challenge we have is to go back to 2021 & audit your year-find the good, leave the bad, and be ready to rock 2022!
