In this episode, I talk about hitting the RESET button but not making it a resolution, realizing that a little REPAIR may be what we need to help us with a RECHARGE. Go easy on yourself. We all need to just take care of ourselves and DO YOU!!
BRAVO BREAK!! In this episode, we are joined by our friend, Vanessa Kasparek! We discuss, Ultimate Girls Trip, OC, and Salt Lake! We had a ton of laughs and really enjoyed this nice break chatting all things Bravo!!
In this episode, I talk to my friend and fellow military spouse, Angela Litteral. She was nominated for AFI (Armed Forces Insurance) Military Spouse of the Year in 2020. She talks about her experience and how to nominate a military spouse for the award. Her passion is helping other spouses to meet and get out into their community. We had a great chat!
In this episode, I talk about the holidays and what traditions we have! My daughter still believes and I know it's coming to an end. How do you carry on traditions when knowing "Santa" isn't real? The magic? Is it still alive? I so badly want the transition to be smooth and joyful. Is that unrealistic? Happy Holidays and have a Happy New Year!
In this episode, I talk about anxiety as a positive. It keeps us safe. How can we turn anxiety affirmations and shift our mindset. I think it's time we use anxiety to our benefit and know that it's ok to be anxious. We just need to figure out why, let it help us, rather Than harm us.
In this episode, Military No Stress PCS is back for part 2 with efforts to help our military community with more resources at your fingertips. I interview the founder and CEO, Rob Schelle, and my friend, Erin Lorenz.

Alongside our active-duty members and spouses, we are supported by veterans and civilian volunteers representing all branches of our military family. Our concierge mission is to help by doing the searching for you. The information is out there in a variety of different locations and, odds are, you've done that research countless times in your PCS experience.
It is all about giving back to the military community because they have done so much for us.
In this episode, I talk about validation. Have you ever needed to be validated? Why is that? It's taken me a long time (and I'm still learning) to know that validation is not trusting myself enough with my thoughts and feelings. But, It's also good to know that what I am feeling is validated. The divide is hard. Listen and let me know, do you feel the same.
In this episode, I'm just thankful. So thankful for all of you, and this podcast! Thank you for listening and being here every Wednesday! Happy Thanksgiving!
In this episode, I talk about how I don't think home is where the heart is anymore. We use to say, " We can't wait to move home after this military gig!" Nope, we aren't there anymore. But also with the holidays coming up, I get a little stressed thinking about my expectations of when we visit. Who else feels this way? It's hard. But, I want it all but know I can't have it all. I'm selfish that way. I'm excited about the holidays! It's my favorite time of year!
Bravo Break!! We break down the housewives of Potomac and Salt Lake City! Candice and her obnoxious behavior, her corner tissues, and how she needs to take an exit to the left. Salt Lake is about to get spicy, and we are here for it! Heather and Whitney are where it's at and so relevant. We hope you enjoy this episode! We had a blast!
