In this episode, I interview a fellow military spouse and author, Athens E. Pellegrino. We discuss her new children's book "The Military Child Chronicles Mission: My First PCS" It's such a great children's book, and I really enjoyed our conversation on how she came to write it! If you have littles, run to get this book! It's so cute and exactly what our military community needs.

In this episode, I talk about never giving up! Advocating for yourself, pushing through no matter how hard it is. Knowing you aren't alone on this journey is worth this conversation. I've been struggling with anxiety and depression these past few weeks. It's been tough to push through some days, but knowing that giving up isn't an option, prompted this episode.
I also discuss Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Getting your mammogram and taking control of your health.
