I'm honored to have Frank on the show. He was SWAT, he was K9, but most of all he was one of those Sergeants who had been on a long time and was a great resource for me when I was a newbie Sgt.
He had a great career and now he travels from Police Motorcycle and K9 competitions taking some really cool photos. Tune in and enjoy our newest member of "The Squad."

Nate and I have known each other since he was a rookie! He came over and shared stories from his career and what made him walk away when he was just a few years from retirement. I enjoyed the conversation, and I know you all will enjoy the episode.
Thanks again, first and foremost to my guests, and all the listeners! We are closing in on a complete year of episodes. It's still amazes me how far we've come, it's humbling that all my guests have agreed to come and share a piece of their lives, and I look forward to whatever comes in the future, you've all made this a wonderful ride...

Bill started his own podcast with two nephews called Badges and Bars. After a pretty good run, they had to pause the podcast, but Bill clearly has a plethora of cases he wants to get out there for listeners to check out! I enjoy his company, we enjoy smoking cigars and I just happen to have the platform where he can come and hang out for a few hours and share some of his many cases.
This episode, he speaks about the murder of a Tucson Police Officer, Eric Hite, which was a very personal case for him and I. The second case is a cold case where they solved it, but the suspect fled to Mexico and a warrant was issued for his arrest should he return tot he US.
Check it out and enjoy!

I want to welcome Ed to The Squad. He was medically retired and he shares the facts behind that on the show. He almost made it to 20 years, but he had a very full career. I really enjoyed getting to know him and I think you are going to love this episode too! Turn it up, and enjoy!
This week, you all helped this show go over 10,000 downloads! You ROCK! I'm so happy to know my friends legacies are being heard and that you are enjoying them as much as I do.

Rick Pearson, what can I say? The guy is a pilot, a Sergeant, undercover, he was one of my academy instructors, and he's most definitely a comedian... I enjoyed having Rick on the show and I think you are going to love his stories.
Don't be afraid of the photo, I couldn't get him to take a real one! So tune is, enjoy his 27 years and give him a warm welcome to The Squad...

Anissa was on the Tucson Police Department for 11 years. She decided to leave and now runs her own horse rescue while working with an organization who does Equine Therapy.
Her experiences on the department had me laughing and she brings a different perspective about her time on the agency that I think you are gonna want to hear. From dressing down to be a prostitute in "John stings" to doing bar checks in the strip clubs to ensure compliance with local laws. "Queue the booty dust!"
Check out the episode, have a couple laughs, and most of all enjoy meeting Anissa as she is the latest "new member" of the Choir Practice Squad!

I am so excited for you all to meet Nancy. She is hopefully the first of many "civilian" interviews on this show... I knew who Nancy was on the police department, but what I did not know was that she started her career as Crime Scene Technician. I always just knew her as the Property/ Evidence Superintendent!
One day I saw her commenting on episodes on the Choir Practice FB page. I also noticed, through FB, that she was courageously fighting her own personal battle with breast cancer, and winning. I knew right then that I needed to have her on the show sooner than later to share her career and experiences with you all. So please, give her a warm welcome to "The Squad!"
We had a great conversation and she had quite a few stories I believe you all are going to love.

Marty started his career as a cop in housing projects in Boston, as he said...a million years ago. He moved to several agencies before finding his home here in the Old Pueblo. He served with distinction and a Boston attitude! It is my honor to have him share his legacy on the show, I'm so glad he accepted my invite and hung out for a few hours. Please, give him a warm Choir Practice welcome and enjoy the show...
Be safe out there y'all!

George is a great guy! He is one of those guys that everyone knows, everyone likes and always had a great attitude over the years. These are all reasons I knew I wanted him on the show. He also just happens to have some pretty good cop stories to share. One of which made him notorious on the Tucson Police Department, so tune in and don't miss this episode.
Thanks again to all the faithful members of the Squad who continue to make this podcast grow, make it fun and tune in religiously. I see your interaction on social media and appreciate every single one of you!

Like Dan Lewis, Lew was always a wacky character, but a solid cops cop. We worked together a couple times over the years. He has some great stories to share and creates a legacy his family and friends can certainly be proud of...buckle up and hang on...Lew is a fun episode, welcome him in to the Squad and enjoy the show!
