Brian is a trained and skilled chef that is the current owner of B-Mo-s Sandwich Shop. He's been around the US studying and learning different types of cuisine that have all contributed to his scrumptious sandwiches at his shop! In this episode, Brian discusses his humble beginnings, what his true passion was growing up, and what's the one thing he's learned about starting and operating his very own restaurant. In this episode, we take our podcast to Trailer Park After Dark. A cool, eclectic space in an underground location in downtown San Diego. Their stools are made of palettes and carts. They have solo red cups strung together that serve as lights. AND they even have small trailers with a tiny front lawn that can be reserved for events... there happened to be a 16 year-old celebrating her bday as we filmed this podcast.
