Red Tracton is a steak and seafood restaurant that's known for ENORMOUS sized steak and seafood and a live piano bar during the weekends! In this episode, owner Tracy takes us on Red Tracton's life story. She raves about their shrimp scampi and how their lobster bisque is the best west of the Mississippi River! This restaurant is a staple in the Del Mar area. It's right across from the racetrack and has been visited by a multitude of moguls and celebrities throughout the years! The owner of Oi Asian Fusion in San Diego! Here they serve asian inspired rice bowls that's made to order every single time! The idea of Oi Asian Fusion actually started from the two owners in LA, Paul King and Eric dela Cruz. They started fusing classic Filipino dishes, like adobo, tapsilog, and bistek with other cultures. Their dishes consist of Fried Chicken Adobo, Pork Belly and Umami bowl, and a Ribeye Bistek Bowl! JayPee works closely with them to make sure all the dishes in SD are exactly the same in LA!
