What holds many of us back from receiving healing, success in business, a breakthrough, or a miracle from God is that we are too focused on how God is going to make it happen. We have to stop focusing on the how. We don't have to figure out how God is going to do it. Our job is to believe that He will and trust Him through the process, putting our faith in Who, not the how.

Just like cruise control keeps a car moving at the same speed without adjusting to what's ahead, we can put our calling on cruise control and keep moving based only on what God told us at the beginning. But God wants us to continually check in with the Holy Spirit along the way. Take your calling off cruise control, listen to the Holy Spirit, and let Him guide you every step of the journey.

Anya shared her testimony about returning to the medical field after 26 years as an entrepreneur, receiving a full-time position with leadership responsibilities, and received advice from other members about balancing this new opportunity with her entrepreneurial goals. Micah shared a testimony about attending a business meeting where he connected with a national entrepreneurship association leader, leading to an invitation to speak at an upcoming conference about helping businesses get access to capital.

The group also discussed the importance of reaching people where they are rather than expecting them to come to a specific platform or location, with Amos drawing parallels to Jesus's ministry approach of going to people rather than waiting for them to come.

The conversation ended with announcements about CFE's upcoming week long hiatus and a discussion about balancing professional work with entrepreneurial calling.

To be successful at what God has called you to do, you have to be willing to go all in. Going all in means that you're willing to invest what's necessary in terms of time, resources, and creativity, without holding anything back just. Going all in means fully trusting God, that if He's called you to do this, He's going to help you succeed because you're putting your trust in Him. You're not holding anything back; you're going full force at what God has called you to do.

A lot of times, before God sends us directly on the mission He's called us to, He sends us on a roundabout path to give us the experience we need to fully tackle the actual assignment He has for us. A pivot is a change of direction. You can see this in basketball when a player plants a pivot foot; it allows them to shift in a different direction. In business, a pivot is going from one business model to another or from one product to another. In all of our callings, we will have pivots; we will have changes in direction. When God gives us a change in direction, He's not pivoting in the sense that He made a mistake about what He wanted us to do before. His change in direction is actually nudging us closer to where He wants us right now.
