Emma is the founder of Evolve and is a certified Yoga Breath Coach, Meditation Coach, accredited Natural Spiritual Holistic Healer Dip NSp.H and Life Coach EDEXCEL. She  has been practicing for over 25 years, working with 100s of individuals and businesses including WeWork, Motion Pictures, Marshall Wace, House of Creative and Bodyism.

I speak to Emma about her  journey and personal  transformation. Emma discusses the importance of daily meditation and how she has learned from her challenges to use 'energy healing' as a tool not only to help heal herself, but now as a  way to help  heal others from their own challenges.
