Clive started off the week by discussing the housing crisis. With a target set pre Covid of 300,000 a year? Is this a realistic target especially with price hikes and material and labor shortages? Is planning the problem ? We spoke to Ian Hodgkinson of Hodgkinson builders and Rico Wojtulewicz -Head of housing and planning policy at the NFB about this.

All of these questions and more are answered by Simon Hurr, Ford’s security application specialist and Jeff Scott From Sussex Installations. He also heard a first hand account of van theft from plumber, Brian Parkinson whose van was broken into not once, not twice but three times.
