I'm excited about the guest that I have on the Max Out Mindset podcast today. He's the head football coach of my alma mater, Omaha Westside, that had a big impact on my growth as a human being. Over the last four years, I've been blessed to collaborate with Coach, his coaching staff and with his team. During this time I have seen tremendous growth on and off the field. Coach Froendt has a growth mindset and has been able to get buy-in from his coaching staff to learn about and model the mental skills and mindset necessary to achieve elite performance.
