Today we are back with another segment of Coaches Corner as well as a 2024 season preview! We are excited to be joined by Cal co-head coach Liz Crandall-Howell who is going into her 11th season with the Bears and 6th season as a co-head coach along with her husband Justin. Last season Cal won a share of the Pac-12 title for the second year in a row, won Regionals for the first time ever, and the Cal coaching staff swept the WCGA national coaching awards. Liz joins us to talk about what fans can expect from her team this season, she gives a lot of insight into her team's mindset and philosophy with their “One Day Better” mantra, and she also talks about potential upgrades for this season and more.
