Our Coaches Corner series continues this week with California co-head coach, Liz Crandall-Howell. The Cal Bears finished 2nd last season at the NCAA Championships, which was the highest finish in program history. In 2024, the team also repeated as NCAA Regional Champions and won the Pac 12 Regular Season title outright for the first time in history. Liz joins us to talk about how preseason training for the 2025 season is going, who might surprise you this season, and how the Bears have shifted their mindset to believe they can be in the conversation with anybody.
