The New Years Resolution seems to be out dated and its not wonder why!  It does not seem to be successful more most of us.

It is really easy to maintain and so far has been really very successful for me. 

Go on, grab a pen and paper and think of the word that fits best with your life this year!  What does the word mean to you?  How can it help you in one or more areas of your life?

Taking a moment to acknowledge the emotion can create a positive lifelong effect.  Focusing on the bad may actually bring you some good!
