In this podcast we discuss:
What effort looked like at the beginning of your relationship vs what it looks like now.
The common responses I hear in regards to asking for more effort.
The foundation of effort and why it starts to deplete.
What it would look like to incorporate more effort into the relationship
Some of us barely talk! And some of us struggle with where to begin.
I came up with some questions to really start the conversation and open up the lines of receiving and giving communication.
Some of the questions help to get to know each other better. To explore areas that may have not been explored before.
Others questions are designed to help converse around the topic of the relationship itself. To dive in about areas that are great and areas that the each of you feel is in need of some attention.
This exercise helps to understand each other better, increase listening skills, and increase communication in every romantic relationship.
What do we do when life gets us down?
How do we pull ourselves out of the hole we find ourselves in day in and day out?
What really stops us?
Speaking with Minister and Deliverance Coach, Jojuanna Crumity, about how she applies her life lessons to coach people out of the life they no longer want to live and deliver them from their "inner me/enemy"!
How many of us ladies struggle with our bodies after we have babies? And how do you think that affects our relationships with our spouses/SO?
In this episode I talk about my own personal journey with my mom body and how I went from who I used to be to who I am now. And, using self love really created an amazing relationship between myself and my body so that I fell in love with me again and created the confidence needed to feel sexy and wanted with my husband.
What do you think of when you think of failure in relationships?
1. We fail to communicate.
2. We fail to parent together.
3. We don't see eye to eye.
4. We are failing at this relationship because of our arguments.
In this episode I tackle the thought that the differences that arise in any relationship are failures creating the breakdown of your love.
I team up in this episode with an amazing real estate agent, Heather Ferrari, to discuss tips on how to enjoy the home buying process as a couple.
This can be a stressful time and the differences in individuals can really spark conflict in a relationship. Heather and I discuss ways to really make this process something that will create good memories and create methods for working together for future use as well.
1. Where do you need to be in your relationship to buy a home?
2. How to handle the differences that come up in the want list when buying a home.
3. How to navigate through a divorce and selling and buying a home with or without kids involved.

Why putting yourself first is so very important. When you are lacking everything around you is lacking. When you are down everything else around you feels that.
