Coach Morehouse became the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Hope College in 1996-97. He quickly turned the program into one of the best in the country. Morehouse reached the 600 win mark faster than any men's or women's coach in Division 1, 2 or 3 history.
Hope won the national title in the 05-06 season. Coach Morehouse has multiple national coach of the year awards by the WBCA, DIII News and D3Hoops3 including this past season when they were 29-0 before the season ended due to COVID-19.
In this episode Coach Morehouse shares his coaching philosophies and how he has gone about building a successful championship level program year in and year out.

In this episode Spencer shares his journey as a college and professional player as well as his thoughts on player development.
Spencer Jennings is from Midland, Michigan where he attended Dow High School and earned first team all Saginaw Valley League Honors as a junior and senior. After High School, Spencer attended Hope College for a semester, transferred to Albion College for a semester, before finally landing at Wake Forest and walking onto the Basketball Team as a Sophomore where he was a member of the team for 3-seasons.
After Undergrad, Spencer earned his Masters in Sports Law and then decided to give one last shot to pursuing his dream in professional basketball attending several NBA D-league Tryouts & working at the Chris Paul Basketball Academy in Winston Salem.
Following his play at the National NBA D-League Tryout in New York City, Spencer was given a contract to be eligible to be drafted in the NBA D-League draft. After not being drafted, Spencer played briefly in Dubai with a team from the Central Basketball Association, and then was offered an opportunity to play professional 3x3 basketball in Okinawa, Japan in the 3x3.exe league in Japan. After playing one season for Okinawa... Spencer then signed with "Crayon" in Tokyo where he has played the last three seasons. When not playing, he loves Coaching and Training Youth, College and Professional players at the CP3 Basketball Academy.

In this episode Vitto Brown, former Wisconsin Badger shares his thoughts on overcoming adversity and adapting to new challenges.
Vitto played in the Final Four, the National Championship game and continued that success in the NBA G-League. He played 3 season in the NBA G-League, last season being his best as he averaged over 15pts and 6 rbs per game. He shares his experience on overcoming adversity and mentally being ready for new challenges.

Coach Matt Neil was a long time assistant and then Head Coach at Hope College. While there, he was responsible for the development of several all conference and All American post players. He was a tireless recruiter, student of the game, motivator and was focused on winning games and developing people.
As a player, Coach Neil was a three time all league performer and MIAA MVP his senior year. As a head coach, he received the NABC Regional Coach of the Year in 2012 as well as the Glenn Robinson National Coach of the Year that same year.
Coach Neil remains passionate about the game by running Matt Neil Training (mattneiltraining.com), a training platform for coaching consulting and development, leadership development, and individual training where he works with athletes from the elementary school to the NBA.
After finishing his coaching career at the collegiate level he began a successful career in Life Insurance for the Hop Agency of Farm Bureau Insurance. He and his wife Kim have four children who live all over the U.S. and four grandchildren. The Neil's reside in Holland, MI and are active in serving the community.
