Upon graduation played one season professionally overseas in Iceland For Thor Akureyri Basketball Club. After playing one season in Iceland moved into an assistant coaching position at Trine University from 2016-present. In addition to coaching basketball at Trine, also earned a certification through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as a specialist in Strength and Conditioning.

Blake Kirinovic was raised in a family of coaches and teachers. He is a Music Business graduate of Ferris State University where he gained experience as a Youth Football Coach, Public Address Announcer and On-air Personality.
Since graduating Blake has worked professionally in sports & entertainment as a Minor League Baseball Emcee, Student Athlete Mentor and Business Instructor.
In 2016 Blake combined his communication background and passion for personal development with his own life experiences to found Respect Your Gift.

Pre-Practice can serve as the transition both physically and mentally for players to switch their mindset from school to basketball. In this episode Coach Cramer and Coach Troshak break down how teams and players can get the most out of their time before practice, even if they don't have access to a gym and a hoop. Teams that use this time to their advantage will dramatically increase their chances of getting ahead of the competition. Theo Tarver is a former pro player and coach. After a high school state championship as a player, in Monroe Louisiana, he earned a full ride to Georgia Tech and even played in the 2004 National Championship Game. Following his college career from 2002-2006 he played professional basketball around the world up until 2014. Theo immediately got into coaching and has done so at various levels in Germany where he lives with his wife and children. In this episode he shares what it was like to play in the best college conference in the country and how he transitioned to playing overseas. He also shares many of the differences for between the American game and the International game as well as some of the biggest challenges he has faced coaching overseas.
