Coaching & therapy can both play a significant role in your healing journey, depending on what you need. The goal for both is to help you address your behavior patterns, beliefs & different coping mechanisms.
There are MANY professionals that have committed their lives to being healers & assist you on your path to freedom & wholeness. Anywhere from Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Licensed Professional Counselors to Life Coaches.
