Ski fans are just learning about sprint star Jack Young.

But those who've been in the sport for a long time have known about the place where Young matured from promising high school talent to a World Cup contender: Colby College.

Today, we brought the Mules coach, Tracey Cote, onto the show for a chat. Cote is entering her 28th season at the helm at Colby, where she has been named the EISA coach of the year twice (2007 and 2008).

We talked about her ski story, her coaching philosophy and what she saw in Young when she recruited him four years ago.
