Travel in and out of Boise can be tough in the summer. Flights are often pricey, and driving long distances is a bummer. But what if there was a third option: a passenger train? Boise and Salt Lake City officials are looking at resurrecting an old Amtrak route connecting the two cities. We’re excited about the idea, but what about our neighbors in Utah? We’re revisiting a chat with City Cast Salt Lake host Ali Vallarta, to find out if people across state borders would ride the rails.
