Today I have on returning guest "Bubbers" to give people a primer for getting started with a comms plan, from zero - beginner. Although I don't practice radio skills (I should) I still am fascinated about this topic and Bubbers does a great job of breaking every thing down and has a few good metaphors to help noobs like me. :)
