Ur-Energy is a dynamic junior mining company operating the Lost Creek in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium facility in south-central Wyoming. The Lost Creek processing facility has a two million pounds per year physical design capacity. Shirley Basin, our newest project, is one of the Pathfinder Mines assets we acquired in 2013. Baseline studies necessary for permitting and licensing of the project are complete, the WDEQ application for permit to mine has been submitted, and work on other permits is underway. Ur-Energy engages in uranium mining and recovery operations, with activities including acquisition, exploration, development, and operation of uranium mineral properties.

Freeman Gold is a company based in Idaho, USA which has secured a fully-owned 7,500-acre land package as part of their flagship Lemhi Gold Project. The Fraser Institute Mining Survey 2019 ranks Idaho in the top 3 in the United States and top 8 worldwide on the mining attractiveness index. 

The Lemhi Gold Project features a 7,500-acre land package that is undergoing exploration and is 100% owned by  Freeman Gold. 

The company is currently executing a  7,000m program, which is targeted towards validating 70,000m of historical core data to proceed towards phase 2 of drilling later this year. The results are promising as the company achieved high-grade 2.5g/t samples over 151m, which is a lot higher than the historical data suggested, potentially opening doors for significantly larger yields. 

They are currently collaborating with a consulting firm (what company name?) based out of (town name) Canada for this project. Freeman is currently concluding phase 1 of its flagship project and heading into phase 2 drilling. Given the rich availability of historical data and their own phase 1 data, phase 2 will be strategic and it is hoped will result in savings in overall cost and time.

The Lemhi Gold exploration project also provides an opportunity for the discovery of high-grade feeder zones as the land package is previously unexplored. The deposits are part of a larger mineralized system, with oxidation that extends 30m-50m below the surface. 

As per the historical reports, the resource estimates are around 800,000Moz to 1.2Moz Gold reserves at c.1g/t from the surface heap leachable oxidized, making it one of the highest-grade oxide deposits worldwide. Freeman Gold is planning deliverables over 1.5Moz from this project. The company plans to go into phase 3 and deliver between 1.5Moz 2Moz in a 3-year timeframe.
